തൃശൂര്‍: പെട്രോളിയം ഉല്‍പന്നങ്ങളുടെ വിലവര്‍ധനയ്‌ക്കു പിന്നില്‍ കളിച്ച സ്വകാര്യ എണ്ണക്കമ്പനികള്‍ ആയുധമാക്കിയത്‌ കേന്ദ്ര സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ സാമ്പത്തിക ഉപദേഷ്‌ടാക്കളെ. അവര്‍ ആദ്യമുപയോഗിച്ചത്‌ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയുടെ സാമ്പത്തികകാര്യ ഉപദേശകസമിതി അധ്യക്ഷന്‍ സി. രംഗരാജനെ. പെട്രോളിയം മന്ത്രാലയം നിയോഗിച്ച രംഗരാജന്‍ സമിതിയാണു പെട്രോള്‍, ഡീസല്‍ വിലനിര്‍ണയാവകാശം എണ്ണക്കമ്പനികള്‍ക്കു കൈമാറണമെന്ന്‌ 2006 ല്‍ നിര്‍ദേശിച്ചത്‌. ബി.ജെ.പി. സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ ഏതാനും ദിവസം പരീക്ഷിച്ച്‌ പരാജയപ്പെട്ട ആശയമാണ്‌ ഇങ്ങനെ തിരിച്ചുവന്നത്‌. 2010 ജൂണിലാണ്‌ പെട്രോള്‍ വിലനിര്‍ണയാവകാശം എണ്ണക്കമ്പനികളെ ഏല്‍പിച്ചത്‌. തുടര്‍ന്ന്‌ അടിക്കടിയുണ്ടായ പെട്രോള്‍ വിലവര്‍ധന സ്വകാര്യ കമ്പനികള്‍ക്കാണു ഗുണം ചെയ്‌തത്‌. അസംസ്‌കൃത എണ്ണവില കുറയുമ്പോള്‍ പെട്രോള്‍ വില കുറയുമെന്ന്‌ ഉറപ്പുപറഞ്ഞിരുന്നെങ്കിലും അതുണ്ടായില്ല. ഡീസല്‍ വിലയിന്‍മേല്‍ സര്‍ക്കാരിനുള്ള നിയന്ത്രണം നീക്കാനും അന്ന്‌ തത്വത്തില്‍ തീരുമാനമായെങ്കിലും പണപ്പെരുപ്പം മൂലം നീട്ടിവയ്‌ക്കേണ്ടി വന്നു. പാചകവാതകം, മണ്ണെണ്ണ എന്നിവയുടെ വില കൂട്ടണമെന്നായിരുന്നു അടുത്ത നിര്‍ദേശം. ആസൂത്രണ കമ്മിഷന്‍ അ...
